- One week minimum rental required
- 20% deposit required at lease signing
- Balance is due in full 60 days prior to check in
- Credit card is required for security deposit
- Any damages to the property will be charged to the credit card on file
- Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am
- All reservations are non refundable
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation
- Sorry no pets allowed
- All rates subject to 12% state and local tax
- Additional guests must register with manager and are subject to additional fees. Failure to do so may immediately end rental agreement
- Cleaning fee of $150 to $200 per stay is in addition to rental rate
- Association fee of $50 is required for each reservation.
- There shall be a $25.00 (or 6.5% for any amount exceeding $635) administration fee charged for any payment made by credit/debit card.
