Reservations

One-week minimum rental is required.
A 20% deposit is required at lease signing.
Balance is due in full 60 days before check-in.
A credit card is required for the security deposit.
Any damages to the property will be charged to the credit card on file.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.
All reservations are non-refundable.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation.
Sorry, no pets are allowed.
All rates are subject to a 12% tourist tax.
Additional guests must register with the manager and are subject to additional fees. Failure to do so may immediately end the rental agreement.
Please add a cleaning fee ranging from $250 per stay besides the rental rate.
An association fee of $100.00 is required for each reservation.
There shall be a $25.00 (or 6.5% for any amount exceeding $635) administration fee charged for any payment made by credit/debit card.
A $250 cleaning fee will be added to the lease.

NO BOATS may be parked on the condominium property. Please make arrangements at local marinas.

NO GASOLINE CONTAINERS may be stored anywhere on the condominium property.

NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY OR INSIDE THE CONDO PER HOA BOARD AND HOMEOWNER.

The Boardwalk Association also requires an application for approval and a fee of $50 for every rental.
