Reservations
- One-week minimum rental required.
- 20% deposit is required at lease signing.
- Balance is due in full 60 days prior to check-in.
- Credit card is required for the security deposit.
- Any damages to the property will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.
- All reservations are non-refundable.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- All rates subject to 12% tourist tax.
- Additional guests must register with the manager and are subject to additional fees. Failure to do so may immediately end the rental agreement.
- Please add a cleaning fee ranging from $350 per stay is in addition to the rental rate.
- Association fee of $50 is required for each reservation.
- There shall be a $25.00 (or 6.5% for any amount exceeding $635) administration fee charged for any payment made by credit/debit card.
NO BOATS may be parked on the condominium property. Please make arrangements at local marinas.
NO GASOLINE CONTAINERS may be stored anywhere on condominium property.
The Boardwalk association also requires an application for approval and a fee of $50 for every rental.
